COVENTRY CITY DROP POINTS TO PETERBOROUGH

Coventry City were disappointed after playing a 2-2 draw with Peterborough United in their League One. The match which was a game of two halves saw Coventry dominate large spells of the game before the Home team snatched a draw in the 95th minute.

 

 

Coventry manager Mark Robins revealed after the game that the team was disappointed with the result which saw them drop to sixth on the standings. Coventry came into the match with a gameplan to disrupt the rhythm of the game and make life difficult for Peterborough.

THE BOSS OF COVENTRY CITY EXPRESSED HIS VIEWS ON KEEPING THE VULTURES OF PREMIER LEAGUE AT BAY.

This streak of positive results is something historic for Coventry City as the last time that the club has managed to secure as many victories in succession was way back in 1998, under the guidance of Gordon Strachan.
